Amarnath Yatra by Helicopter

TOUR ITINERARY : AMARNATH YATRA BY HELICOPTER

Start your spiritually enlightening journey to the holy cave of Amarnath with your arrival in Srinagar. Be greeted by a Bluedot Trip representative/driver who will assist your transfer to the houseboat.
After the check- in, proceed for sightseeing in Srinagar. Visit the world-famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), and Chasme Shahi Garden, and also pay visit to the Shankaracharya Temple. Later in the evening proceed for shikara riding in Dal lake. Overnight Srinagar Houseboat.

Early morning, check out from the houseboat and drive to Sonmarg. From the houseboat, embark on an approx 3-hour ride in a car to reach Baltal. On arrival at Sonamrg, drive to Baltal to board on a helicopter to the Holy Cave which will take you to Panchtarni (helicopter is subject to weather condition).
On arrival at Panchtarni, you have to trek approximately 6 kms to the holy caves. (You can hire palki / horses on direct payment). After the darshan, trek back to Panchtarni for your helicopter ride back to Baltal where our driver will meet you and then drive to your hotel in Sonmarg. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After the breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. After some rest and refreshment, you can choose to spend your half day shopping or relaxing as it will be free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport to board a flight for thee onward destination.
Important Information: Due to strict security, you are requested to leave from the hotel at least 4 hours before the departure time. You will have to pass 4 security barriers before reaching the airport. This often leads to long traffic jams right outside the airport. Tour and Services ends

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
» Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with a maximum of 5 kg weight in the Helicopter.
» Bluedot Trip travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the hotel cloakroom.
» Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
» Children / Students are requested to carry Original & 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
» Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.
» All pilgrims/travellers intending to avail helicopter services for Amarnath Yatra are required to furnish a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) for each individual, duly issued by authorized doctors/institutions, as per instructions laid down by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB). The list of authorized doctors/institutions is made available on the official website well in time before the commencement of advance bookings.
» The children below 13 years, elderly aged above 75 years and ladies more than 6 weeks pregnant are not allowed for Amarnath Yatra.
» Cancelation can be done at least 15 days before the date of journey.
» If the booking is canceled before 20 Days, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
» If the booking is canceled before 15 Days, 25% of the amount will be refunded.
» All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.
» Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.
» The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.
» The Company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
» The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or traveling due to any unforeseen reason.
» The Company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or unforeseen reasons.
