Today we arrive at Beijing airport. On arrival, meet the tour manager airport and proceed for check in to your hotel. Beijing is also known as Peking, is a metropolis in northern China, and the capital of the People Republic of China. The Encyclopedia Britannica describes it as “one of the world’s great cities.” Enjoy Welcome Dinner.
After breakfast proceed to explore the capital city of China, visit Tiananmen Square (the largest square in the world), Outside of Olympic Stadium, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall and see the national flag raising ceremony. Then we proceed to see the Forbidden City – it’s the best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world. Later visit the Temples of Heaven, China's largest temple and altar complex. Enjoy dinner and overnight in Beijing.
After breakfast you will be taken to visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Wall of China, a symbol of ancient Chinese civilization, the Great Wall has stood for more than 2,000 years. It is said to be 1 of the only 2 human engineering Projects visible by astronauts from space with the naked eye. Then visit the Ming Tomb & Yashow Market. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the Beijing.
After an breakfast, proceed to Xian by Bullet Train. On arrival, we check in the hotel. Then you will visit the Ancient City Wall of Xi’an, built during the Tang dynasty. Xian was the imperial capital 13th dynastic periods. Overnight in Xian.
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour which includes Xian Terracotta Warriors. See more than 6000 molded soldiers, officers, Horses and wagons of this famed army. Later visit the Huaqing Hot Spring situated at the foot of Li Mountain and has a packed Lunch. For over 1000 years, these springs have maintained a pleasant 43 temperature. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, build in 652 AD. Overnight in Xian.
After a breakfast, we drive to the airport for flight to Chongqing. Upon arrival, visit the Great people’s Hall. Later proceed to board the scenic Yangtze River Cruise. Enjoy an Indian - Chinese lunch and dinner on board the cruise. Spend a night on a cruise ship.
Enjoy breakfast on the cruise. Relax on the deck and marvel at the scenic beauty as your cruise ship sails into Fengdu. Enjoy a shore excursion of Fengdu – the city of Ghosts on the Ming Hill. Have an enjoyable time at Captain’s “Welcome Party” as your ship anchors at Wanxian for an overnight halt. Enjoy meals on board. Spend a night on a cruise ship.
Enjoy breakfast, we pass through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. We proceed on an excursion of the Shengnong Brook. The magnificent Qutang Gorge extends 8 Km and leads us to the splendor of Wu Gorge. We sail into the west section of the Third Gorges of the Yangtze River – the Xiling Gorge, the longest of the Yangtze gorges, after which your ships pass through the 5 stage ship lock. Enjoy meals on board. Overnight on a cruise ship.
Enjoy breakfast on the cruise, followed by shore excursion of the Three Gorges Dam. We drive across the Three Gorges Bridge, which takes us to the top of the hill for a birds-eye view of the construction from the observation deck. See the five-step ship Lock, the diversion canal, the dam in construction, and the power station. After the ship sails into Yichang, we disembark the cruise and proceed to the Wuhan airport for our flight to Shanghai. On arrival, check into the hotel, the evening at leisure. Spend a night in Shanghai.
After breakfast, visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple, built in 1882. It has two jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha and houses various ancient sculptures, rare paintings, and Buddhist scriptures. Visit Yu Yuan Garden, a traditional Chinese park with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, and bridges. Shop around the Town God’s Temple Area. Visit Nanjing Road and the Bund Area, where you can shop for souvenirs. Visit Shanghai Museum & New Century Avenue, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Center Theater. Enjoy Huang Pu River Night Cruise (optional) - In high tide, you can see the marvelous spectacle of 'Three Waters Mingle Together' – blue-grey water from the Huangpu River, blue colored water from the East China Sea and yellow colored water with silt from the Yangtze River. Overnight in Shanghai.
After breakfast at the hotel, the entire day is for you to shop for bargains in Shanghai. After a lunch, continue your shopping with some more time at Nanjing Road. Tonight enjoy a spectacular acrobatic show. Dinner and Overnight in Shanghai.
After breakfast, take the Maglev train– one of the fastest trains to the airport for your flight to the India.
